Bogna Stawarczyk studied dental technology at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences after completing her dental technician training. She completed her studies in 2006 with her diploma thesis at the Clinic for Dental Prosthetics at the University of Berne. Later, she attended the postgraduate Master of Science Dental Technology study program at Danube University Krems.
Ms. Stawarczyk completed her doctorate in 2013 at the Ludwig-Maximilians University (LMU) in Munich on the topic of “Long-term stability of CAD/CAM resins”. In 2015, she completed her habilitation in the field of Exp. Dental, Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine, with a focus on biomaterials, and was appointed extracurricular professor at the LMU Munich in 2020. From 2006 to 2012 she worked at the University of Zurich as a research associate in materials research at the Clinic for Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics, Partial Prosthodontics and Materials Science. Since 2012 she was an engineer for dental materials science, in 2014 she was senior assistant and since 2015 she has been the head of materials science research at the Polyclinic for Dental Prosthodontics at LMU.

After about eight years working in the dental technology sector, during which he mainly specialised in the fixed/removable and implant prosthetics, Falko Noack decided to study at the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück.
After four years at the university he gained the title Dipl.-Ing. in Dental Technology. During his study time he worked at the university on various projects in the field of metallography and material testing of dental materials. The topic of his diploma thesis was the development of a process chain for a zirconia pre-sintered blank manufacture.
He then applied his practical and technological knowledge in research and development at Amann Girrbach, especially in the field of material development and CAD/CAM Technology.
Falko Noack is now heading the Research and Development Department at Amann Girrbach.

Stephan Domschke, a German trained Dental Technician is serving the dental industry for more than 35 Years in various position around the world. After working in Sales, Training & Education as well as Product Management for some of the leading dental companies such as Heraeus Kulzer, Sirona, KaVo, Nobel Biocare and Align Technology and after managing the European Subsidiary of Glidewell Dental Lab as Managing Director, he is now serving as the Director of Global Training & Education at Amann Girrbach.
In this capacity he counts responsible for developing global training concepts for customers and partners as well as creating a digital education platform, to allow Amann Girrbach customers to access training materials and get certification on demand and based on their own schedule.
