Rapid—Sintering with Zolid DRS — sintering of zirconia restorations faster than ever before!

Rapid Sintering – the ideal add-on for every laboratory

The optimally coordinated speed workflow makes it possible to create highly esthetic individual restorations in less than 90 minutes. Together with top-level development partners from industry and research, a sponsored innovation project was launched with the aim of massively shortening the production times of small zirconium oxide restorations.

The specifically developed Zolid DRS material in combination with the specially developed speed sintering furnace ensure a validated process from start to finish. Be it for the daily sintering of crowns and bridges, the quick zirconium crown in between or as a backup solution – the Ceramill Therm DRS can be integrated effectively into the daily laboratory routine.
