Cost efficiency paired with high esthetics! In combination with the Nextdent 5100 for Ceramill 3D printer, the Ceramill "Full Denture System (FDS)" software module opens up all avenues for working with 3D printing technology within the system with immediate effect. Cost-effective and individually printed denture bases are now possible in combination with prefabricated teeth from leading tooth manufacturers, which can be adapted fully digitally to any situation, both basally as well as occlusally. On the production side, the special feature of the fds workflow is a "for Ceramill" support and Buildstyle developed together with 3DSystems, a specifically developed level tool, as well as automatic nesting of the dentures on the building platform.
